the retreat was super fun.......hope everyone enjoyed the peaceful place where we live, the food and the company of the beautiful yoginis. 

Wow!!!!!

just started playing with this blog..........thought it would be a good idea to share thoughts, changes, and new ideas.

It is soooo nice to see new and familiar faces flowing in the studio.

Excited about projects, retreats, and workshops for the upcoming season.

The yoga retreat on the island is coming up, and we are looking forward to share this amazing place with yogis and yoginis. We'll keep you posted with pictures, and other activities we'll be doing.......and I have a feeling we'll do it again soon.
