Anusara yoga workshop happening april 11th - 12th....... I know that it is easter weekend, but couldn't schedule for another time sooner, hope you understand!!!!! try to do at least saturday night.

Started practicing the 5 Tibetans, and tell you what, it is an amazing practice for stamina, balanced, and energy. this short practice is perfect on your days when you don't have time to come to a class, or you are limited on practice time. five movements repeated 21 times......  you will be flying!   google it and find out more about it.  thinking about adding a short practice this summer.....
