As many of you know, Shakti Yoga is on the move again.......  !!!!!  hopefully this one will last a bit longer. :-)

New Address 1011 Truman Ave, smaller more intimate, sweet space.

Sunday may 31st will be the last day for classes at the eaton st location, and classes will resume Thursday june 4th.

Sad news today about Ashtanga Guru Pattabhi Jois leaving this world.

Being one of my first inspirations on the world to yoga, was saddened to learned this news.

His practice and teachings will stay with us through our practices.

Anusara teacher John Friend suggests we practice eleven surya namaskar in his honor.
